Pop sensation Britney Spears granted a revealing and impromptu interview to a 10-year-old fan who discovered her at a California hotel and quizzed her about her marriage to Kevin Federline. Los Angeles schoolgirl Veronica You wrote to the singer after hearing she was staying at the city's L'Merigot Hotel in recently. 

You asked the star for an interview for her school newspaper and Spears responded warmly to the request, saying, "Ask anything you want." Despite reports of Spears and Federline's marriage hitting the rocks, Spears told You she had no regrets about tying the knot, according to Page Six.

The blonde star revealed the best thing about her relationship with Federline was "just having somebody that always has your back no matter what. No matter what goes wrong, somebody is there for you." Spears refused to say whether she was pregnant, but told You she is keen to have a baby soon, and would be happy with either a boy or a girl. Budding journalist You was thrilled with the scoop, claiming Spears was "super sweet".
