Drew Barrymore Misses Cameron Diaz's South American Trip  4/13/05

Drew Barrymore was forced to sit out of pal Cameron Diaz's TV travel trip to Chile and Patagonia - because she was suffering from an earache. The actress joined her Charlie's Angels co-star for the trip as part of Diaz's new Trippin' show, but she was too ill to join in the fun.

Barrymore slept through the first day of the trip, while fellow travelers Farnsworth Bentley and skateboarder Eric Koston joined Diaz for a trek to the Atacama Desert in Chile - the driest place on earth. The actress rejoined the trek further into South America and will appear on next week's (18APR05) show when it airs in America.
