Young Interviewer Fears She'll Upset Britney Spears  4/13/05

The 10-year-old girl who landed a shock exclusive interview with Britney Spears fears the pop superstar will be angry when she reads her feature in a California school magazine.

VERONICA YOU was invited to chat to Spears in her L'Merigot Hotel suite in Los Angeles for her school paper after pushing a note under her door, but the 10-year-old doesn't think her pop pal will be happy when she sees her piece.

Breaking her own silence on yesterday's ACCESS HOLLYWOOD news show in America, You said, "After she reads all these pages and looks at it she's gonna either remember the name and get mad at me somehow or she's just gonna drop it."

But You was determined not to upset Britney by asking rude questions about her then-rumored pregnancy.

She explained, "We came up with things like, 'Do you want a baby soon? Do you want a boy or a girl?'

"Britney said she can answer any question I asked her but we didn't decide

(sic) to say, like, 'Are you pregnant?' because it's like, 'I'm a kid, that would be rude.'"

You was left feeling a little silly, however, when she chatted to Access Hollywood reporters just hours before Britney broke the happy news she is with child, saying, "I think she isn't quite pregnant but she could be either getting just fat or she could just be pregnant. I have no idea."
