Kate Winslet is determined to put her family before her Hollywood career - and she's finding her job more rewarding by being selective about which roles she'll accept.

The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind beauty is grateful for the heights her career has reached, and is proud of herself for managing to look after Mia, four, and one-year-old Joe while still taking on demanding roles.

Winslet says, "Hollywood will never come before my marriage or family. I'm lucky because my career has revealed itself to be fantastic, but my family is my priority.

"In fact, now I'm a mother and don't work so much, I find acting more exciting. Multi-tasking sounds hard, but at its best you get such a sense of triumph.

"When I get to focus on acting and then combine it with kids and life, I feel like superwoman."
