Beyonce Knowles Footwear Malfunction  4/21/05

Beyonce Knowles had a difficult performance last week (ends15APR05) during the Japanese leg of Destiny's Child's world tour, when she had a "footwear malfunction".

Knowles, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams kicked off their Destiny Fulfilled tour in Hiroshima on 9 April (05) and played six gigs in the Asian country before flying to Australia for tonight's (21APR05) concert in Brisbane, Queensland.

Knowles says, "I hope it doesn't become a regular occurrence. It was during a routine where one of our dancers has to crown me but instead of putting a crown on my head, he puts stilettos on my feet.

"He put them on the wrong feet. It was hilarious - I had to do the whole number like that."
