Beachwear Collection Launched Exclusively at Saks Fifth Avenue

NEW YORK, April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Elizabeth Hurley introduced her beachwear collection, entitled Elizabeth Hurley Beach, during a personal appearance at New York City's Saks Fifth Avenue store.

The line, chic and wearable, is focused on fit and practicality. It is aimed at the fashion-conscious woman who wants to bring an element of luxury and excitement into her beach wardrobe. The collection consists of string bikinis adorned with semi-precious stones such as turquoise, tiger's eye and amethyst, soft feminine tops and lush caftans in silk georgette, as well as, terry cloth beach bags and hats. An array of opulent colors, some of the pieces are hand embellished in India. Another important dimension to the collection is the colorful print, used in some pieces, which is inspired by famous works of artist Gustav Klimt.

Having established herself as one the world's most recognized faces, Elizabeth is now bravely and confidently parlaying her modeling experiences into this new undertaking of fashion design. Elizabeth has been involved in every aspect of the project, from the creative conception to technicalities of development and production.

Elizabeth drew her inspirations from wanderlust for exotic destinations, conceived during her childhood in England.
