Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey have further rubbished reports their marriage is in trouble, by purchasing a new $1 million condominium in America's gambling haven Las Vegas.

The couple's yet-to-be-built luxury abode will be in a new residential complex joined to the popular Palms Resort and Casino off the Las Vegas strip.

The property will give the Newlyweds access to a basketball suite, a state of the art recording studio and an exclusive spa.

But the couple will have to wait until 2007 before they can take up residence.
