Jo Frost Talks About Supernanny on Letterman Show  4/29/05

Jo Frost appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman to discuss the Supernanny show and her book "Supernanny : How to Get the Best from Your Children".  She talked to David about disciplining his own child.  She said that one of the biggest problems is not being consistent.  Not disciplining the child causes so many problems in the future she said.

She said she is an optimistic person and you can empower yourself and repair the problems caused by past failings.  She encourages parents to make daily routines like shopping fun for children by involving them in the activity.

She said when she goes into a home to help the families on the show she does not mince words but the families want her help and work hard to fix their problems.  Once they learn her techniques she is sure they continue to use what they learned from her.  "Why would you want to go back?"
