Brad Pitt to Build Hotel Resort  4/4/06

Hollywood actor Brad Pitt is in negotiations to build a futuristic hotel resort in Palm Springs, California.

The Troy star, has visited German capital Berlin twice this year (06) to discuss the project with architect pals Thomas Willemeit, Wolfram Putz and Lars Krueckeberg, and met them again last weekend (01-02APR06) in the Dominican Republic to finalize details.

The group hopes to develop a $60 million futuristic resort in Palm Springs stretching across 20,000 square meters. The lavish complex will boast a vast swimming pool area, open air theatre, two restaurants, a bar, a huge spa and an outdoor cinema.

Earlier reports speculated Pitt was working with pal George Clooney on his Las Ramblas casino complex in Las Vegas, Nevada.
