Emily Mortimer Hails "Level-Headed" Scarlett Johansson  4/9/06

British actress Emily Mortimer has hailed Hollywood starlet Scarlett Johansson for her ability to cope with life in the limelight. 

Despite her years of experience, 34-year-old Mortimer insists dealing with the press still turns her into a self-conscious wreck, and envies Johansson's grounded personality and easy manner when the pair worked together promoting Woody Allen thriller Match Point. 

Mortimer explains, "I become a monster just from doing a bit of publicity. It's so unhealthy to talk about yourself that much and have people seeming to be that interested in you. "I went to dinner with my mother-in-law in the middle of the press tour for the Woody Allen thing and I felt like I was talking in sound bites and kept expecting her to write notes. "So I am amazed at how level-headed Scarlett is - she's a very strong woman, and bright as a button."
