Nelly Planning to Build on The Longest Yard Success  4/10/06

Hip-hop star Nelly is planning to branch out into action movies after the success of his appearance in last year's (05) The Longest Yard.

The Hot in Herre rapper admits his acting skills have yet to develop to a level where he can portray deep emotions - so he is keen to stick with his physical side of performance for the time being.

He tells MTV, "I'm workin' on a few things. Hopefully everything goes as well as planned, but I'm really into the action.

"I don't think I'm ready to cry on set yet. So you know, I'm tryin' to stay away from the sentimental things and stick to what works for me."
