GIVE THEIR ALL TO MAKE IT TO THE FINAL 12, ON ABC'S "AMERICAN
INVENTOR"
"Episode105," Part 1 - We take a brief look back at the
casting journey that thousands of inventors took to try and become the
"American Inventor." After a long casting process, the judges
face the difficult decision of narrowing down their top 50 choices to 24.
The top 50 finalists will be given two minutes to re-pitch their product
and wow the judges with their ideas. From there, the group will be
narrowed down to a group of 24. "American Inventor," the
embodiment of the ultimate American dream from Simon Cowell and the
producers of "American Idol," airs THURSDAY, APRIL 13 (8:00-9:00
p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

"Episode105," Part 2 - After the judges have made the
difficult decision of selecting a top group of 24 inventors, the group
will be asked to explain what sacrifices they have made and how winning
"American Inventor" will change their lives. The judges have an
arduous and lengthy deliberation process and often disagree on who will
move forward, but in the end they select the final 12 who will see their
dream come one step closer to reality in an emotional an exciting episode.
"American Inventor," the embodiment of the ultimate American
dream from Simon Cowell and the producers of "American Idol,"
airs THURSDAY, APRIL 13 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television
Network.
"American Inventor's" panel of expert judges include show
co-creator Peter Jones, one of the UK's most successful entrepreneurs, who
has created a $500 Million Business empire; Doug Hall, an inventor,
bestselling author and radio host, and also the founder and CEO of Eureka!
Ranch, an inventing, training and research firm; Ed Evangelista, an
executive creative director at the New York headquarters of JWT; and Mary
Lou Quinlan, founder and CEO of Just Ask a Woman, one of the premiere
women's marketing companies in the U.S. Matt Gallant (host of Animal
Planet's "The Planet's Funniest Animals") hosts.
"American Inventor" is produced by Simon Cowell's Syco
Television LLC and FremantleMedia North America, Inc in association with
Peter Jones TV. The executive producers are Simon Cowell, Liz Bronstein,
Siobhan Greene, Nigel Hall, Cecile Frot-Coutaz and Peter Jones.
Co-executive producer is Daniel Soiseth.
"American Inventor" is broadcast with Spanish subtitles via
