The
legendary Queen was the high water mark for the hopeful contestants.
Let’s do a quick recap.
Growling
and pacing like a caged tiger, Bucky just didn’t have what it takes to
escape from banality. He is definitely a country singer and tonight he
remained incarcerated.
Ace
told us that he wanted his fans to “feel” his music rock inner self
with “We Will Rock You.” This is a powerfully physical song. What I
felt was weakness. He failed
and may have purchased his ticket home.
Dressed
in black leather and stiletto
heeled boots, Kellie tried to make herself appeared to be a midnight vamp.
It did not work and I felt embarrassed for her.
Queen
is the blood that courses through Chris’ veins. Tonight he should have
exploded upon the stage and had us all jumping on our seats. He came
close, real close, but the fire just wasn’t blazing. This was his chance
to wipe out all competition but he failed to score a clear cut win.
Daring
to leave the world of rock far behind, Katharine continues to radiate with
a smile that launches a thousand beating hearts. With soft shadow stage
lighting perfecting her appearance, she sang us a ballad of forever love.
Yet even with a slight crackle at the song’s ending, she was the best
vocalist of the evening.
Then
we experienced Elliot’s “Somebody to Love.” Poor Elliot, he
stretched himself too thin. It was a much bigger song than he could
perform.
Rock’n
and Roll’n Taylor danced his way across the stage and into the audience.
He certain provided us with the best overall entertainment singing
‘Crazy Little Thing Called Love.” But is he too stuck in the 1950s to
become today’s American Idol?
Hot
dangerous beauty
Paris
continually stuns us with her vocals, her commanding stage presentation
and her confidence.
Paris
, you really rock us!

we had some clear winners. If you want your favorite to stick around, then
