Nick Lachey Still Not Over Jessica Simpson  4/20/06

Singer Nick Lachey is still reeling five months after his break-up with wife Jessica Simpson, revealing he is still in love with her.

The former 98 Degrees star has no regrets about his marriage to Simpson but claims the split is especially painful because he wanted to try and work things out.

He explains, "I'd marry her all over again. Because I still love her.

"It would be easier to walk away if I didn't."

Lachey reveals in the latest issue of Rolling Stone magazine that he is devastated he couldn't save their relationship.

He adds, "It breaks my heart that I couldn't make Jessica happy.

"I wanted to be everything to my wife."
