RUSSELL'S INVESTIGATION OF THE HYBRIDS MAY COST HIM HIS JOB, THE HYBRIDS SENSE THE COMING OF A STORM, AND JESSE AND A SCHOOLMATE ATTEMPT TO GET EVEN WITH THE HYBRIDS, ON ABC'S "INVASION"

"The Son Also Rises" - Russell discovers that his job may be in jeopardy because of his investigation of the hybrids. Meanwhile, the hybrids sense another storm approaching and begin to take action, Russell learns that Rose's new teacher is teaching a disturbing subject, and Jesse and a schoolmate decide to take matters into their own hands to get even with the hybrids, on "Invasion," WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

"Invasion" stars William Fichtner as Sheriff Tom Underlay, Eddie Cibrian as Russell Varon, Lisa Sheridan as Larkin Groves, Kari Matchett as Dr. Mariel Underlay, Tyler Labine as Dave Groves, Evan Peters as Jesse Varon, Ariel Gade as Rose Varon, Alexis Dziena as Kira Underlay and Aisha Hinds as Mona Gomez.

Guest starring are Nathan Baesel as Sirk, Edwin Hodge as Brett, James Frain as Eli Szura, David Huynh as Sun Kim, Julio Oscar Mechoso as Frank Vargas, Mark Colson as Deputy Munger, Jay Malack as Connor, Charlie Bodin as Dino, Brent King as Lee, Nick Huff as student no. 1, April Gilbert as student no. 2, Owen Beckman as student no. 3, Shasa Dabner as student no. 4, Jason Rosario as student no. 5, Tina Holmes as Ms. Wade and Cody Benjamin Lee as Logan.

"The Son Also Rises" was written by Shaun Cassidy & Michael Alaimo and directed by Lawrence Trilling.

"Invasion" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning.

A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to airdate.
