4.8 Million Viewers Tune In For Season Finale of “I Love New York” and Log 1 Million Video Streams on VSPOT In Two Days “I Love New York” Reunion Special To Premiere On Sunday, April 15 at 9:00 PM*

NEW YORK – “New York” didn’t leave anything to “Chance” and found out Tango has love for her.

Monday night’s season finale of VH1’s “I Love New York” drew 4.8 million total viewers, making it the most watched episode of the season. The series ended up as the second highest-rated season of any VH1 series ever.

The finale resonated with viewers across mobile and broadband platforms as well. Close to 1 million video streams on VSPOT were logged Monday and Tuesday alone and "I Love New York" content on VH1.com hit 3 million page views during the two-day period. Additionally, over 40,000 mobile text messages were received during the hour-long telecast, in which viewers responded to a dynamic on-air VH1 Mobile poll asking which guy "New York" should choose.

The surprising ending, in which Tango proposed, left viewers wanting more. Find out what happened after the cameras stopped rolling during the “I Love New York” reunion special premiering on Sunday, April 15 at 9:00 PM.

“I Love New York” proved to be a hit right out of the gate, attracting 4.4 million total viewers for the premiere episode on Monday January 8 becoming the most watched series premiere ever in VH1’s history.

The show is executive produced by Mark Cronin & Cris Abrego for Mindless Entertainment & 51 Pictures who also produce the record-breaking hits “Flavor of Love,” “The Surreal Life" and “My Fair Brady.” Their latest project “Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School starring Mo’Nique” debuts on Sunday, April 15 at 10:00 PM ET/PT.

The “I Love New York” ratings come on the heels of VH1's announcement that the network posted its highest-rated quarter ever in primetime among 18-49 viewers. Primetime ratings at VH1 soared 20% during the first quarter of 2007, averaging a .5 in primetime during the period between Monday, January 1, 2007 and Sunday, April 1, 2007 marking the 19th quarter of consecutive quarter of year-to-year growth among total viewers.
