Laguna Beach Star Hurled Racial and Homophobic Slurs at Police  4/10/07

US reality TV star Jason Wahler reportedly hurled racial and homophobic rants at cops when he was arrested for punching a hotel security guard in Seattle, Washington over the weekend (08APR07).

The Laguna Beach star was booked into a King County jail early on Sunday morning (08APR07) for assault and criminal trespassing, but according to the official police report, the 20-year-old also 'repeatedly' racially and homophobically abusive towards the arresting officers.

He was later granted bail and released from jail nine hours after his arrest.

It was Wahler's fourth run in with the law in nine months, after being accused of beating up a truck driver in Los Angeles last month (MAR07).
