Drew Barrymore Fronts Natural Beauty Special  4/26/07

Drew Barrymore has topped People magazine's first 100-strong Most Beautiful list, scoring the cover shot for the new issue.

The Charlie's Angels star is among a clutch of natural beauties who agreed to pose for the weekly magazine without make-up.

Jessica Simpson, Rihanna, Anne Hathaway and Jessica Biel also left the lipstick and foundation at home for the shoot.

Elsewhere on the list, Julia Roberts ties Halle Berry's record by appearing among the beautiful celebrities for the 11th time. She joins Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio as the stars who are 'Beautiful Inside & Out'.

And Oscar winner Dame Helen Mirren credits the fact she has never smoked for her good looks, which have earned her the moniker 'Beauty Over 60' in the issue.
