In this episode, Earl is faced with belated growing pains when he decides to get his first real job at an appliance store and his qualifications as a salesperson are questioned. 

Meanwhile, Joy (Jaime Pressly) makes yet another irrational decision when she dreads her upcoming trial. Eddie Steeples, Nadine Velazquez and Ethan Suplee also star.
