Mariah Carey Sparks Fresh Rumors of Nick Cannon Romance  4/16/08

Mariah Carey has fuelled reports of a romance with rapper/actor Nick Cannon, after the pair was spotted partying together in Las Vegas earlier this week (begs14Apr08).

The Touch My Body hitmaker is rumored to have hooked up with Cannon after he starred in a music video for Carey's new album E=MC2.
