Paris Hilton Denies Wedding Plans  4/24/08

Socialite Paris Hilton is having an "amazing time" dating Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden, but insists the couple won't be marrying anytime soon.

Hilton's on/off best friend Nicole Richie is reportedly set to wed Madden's twin brother Joel this summer (08), after the birth of their daughter Harlow in January (08).

And since the hotel heiress has been romantically involved with Benji, the couple has been dogged by rumors they are to follow suit and tie the knot.

But Hilton has dismissed the false rumors - claiming they are happy with their relationship just as it is.

She tells People Magazine, "No! We're really happy right now. He's definitely different than any guy I've ever been with. He makes me feel really happy, comfortable and really in love.

"We totally trust each other and we're in love and we have an amazing time together."

The two recently passed their two-month anniversary and Hilton was happy to keep the celebrations low-key.

She adds, "I made dinner and we watched movies. It's great."
