Halle Berry Making Room for a Family?  8/1/05

Sexy actress Halle Berry has made a big step towards becoming a mother, after purchasing a family-sized Hollywood Hills home from Malcom in the Middle star Frankie Muniz.

The twice-wed Monster's Ball beauty announced earlier this year (05) that she's ready to have a child, but has no plans to marry again.

And her new purchase has sparked speculation that she's on the verge of making her dream a reality.

The property, which she bought for its asking price of close to $6 million, boasts a four-bedroom main house and a one-bedroom guesthouse, as well as a spa, a pool and a 10-car motor court.

Berry bought a Malibu, California, home for $8 million in October (04), which sources say she'll use as a retreat.
