Olsen Twins Rent Out Penthouse 8/1/05

Twin actresses Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have decided to make the most of their New York City penthouse, by renting it out for a reported $35,000 a month.

The 19-year-old screen stars, who are both students at the prestigious New York University, bought the pad last year (04) for $7.3 million but never moved in.

The identity of their new tenant has not been revealed.
