James Denton Fears Butt Exposure on Desperate Housewives  8/4/05

Desperate Housewives star James Denton is hoping his butt crack doesn't become a talking point in his hit TV show. 

In the series, 42-year-old Denton portrays hunky plumber Mike Delfino, and he's surprised - and relieved - that traditional jokes about men in his profession have been left out of the script. He says, "Playing a plumber, I thought they might go for the easy joke of having some scenes showing (my) butt." 

Meanwhile, Denton remains amused by his newfound status as a heart-throb. He adds, "No one ever accused me of being hunky until this year."
