Ashlee Simpson Wants to Face Demons 8/6/05

Ashlee Simpson wants to sing live on US comedy show Saturday Night Live again, to prove she actually can do it.

The Pieces of Me singer was devastated last year (04) when it was exposed that she had lip-synced on the show.

But she is determined to return to the show and prove all of her critics wrong

Simpson says, "Yeah, I'd do Saturday Night Live again. My parents taught me to tackle my fears."
