Poker Showdown Premieres With New Episodes August 18th

SEASON SIX CONTINUES WITH ALL NEW STARS IN ITS NEW REGULAR TIMESLOT ON
THURSDAY NIGHTS FROM 8-10 PM
NEW YORK -- August 9, 2005 -- Bravo's hit original series
"Celebrity Poker Showdown" will return at a new time on
Thursday, August 18 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT for an all new tournament featuring
twenty-five stars competing for $250,000 for charity. Players including
Rosie O'Donnell, Penny Marshall, Omarosa, Peter Dinklage and Sharon
Lawrence will compete at themed tables such as "Reality
All-Stars," "Ladies Night," "Boys Night Out" and
"Rosie & Friends" as they go all-in for another round of
high stakes Texas Hold 'Em.
The tournament will consist of six all new two-hour episodes premiering
each week.
The players and dates are:
Game 1 (Reality All-Stars)-- Premieres: Thursday, August 18 Jonny
Fairplay ("Survivor: Pearl Islands"), Andrew Firestone
("The Bachelor"), Charla Faddoul ("Amazing Race"),
Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth ("The Apprentice"), Trishelle
Cannatella ("The Real World").
Game 2 (Boys Night Out) -- Premieres: Thursday, August 25 Howie Mandel,
Meatloaf, Stephen Collins, Bryan Cranston, Peter Dinklage
Game 3 (Ladies Night) -- Premieres: Thursday, September 1 Kathy Najimy,
Caroline Rhea, Sharon Lawrence, Kathryn Morris, Ricki Lake
Game 4 -- Premieres: Thursday, September 8 Cheryl Hines, Anthony
Anderson, Michael Vartan, Amber Tamblyn, Alex Trebek
Game 5 (Rosie & Friends) -- Premieres: Thursday, September 15 Rosie
O'Donnell, Mo Gaffney, Travis Tritt, Eddie Cibrian, Penny Marshall
Game 6 Championship Finale -- Premieres: Thursday, September 22
