Colin Farrell Sex Tape Restraining Order Extended  8/11/05

Colin Farrell has triumphed in having a temporary restraining order extended against ex-lover Nicole Narain - preventing her from distributing their scandalous sex tape.

Last month (JUL05) Farrell filed suit against the former Playboy Playmate, accusing her of taking the video to the press, even though they had reportedly agreed not to allow it into the public arena.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Yaffe initially placed a temporary ban on Narain from selling, distributing or showing anyone the raunchy film, but he extended the order yesterday (10AUG05).

Narain's lawyer Leodis Matthews insists the 31-year-old model has no intention of using the tape for profit, but wants to keep her half of the rights to the saucy film.
