Kylie Minogue has sparked speculation she's become engaged to her boyfriend Oliver Maritinez - after accepting a $71,200 diamond ring from the French actor.

The Spinning Around star is currently staying with the 39-year-old and his parents in Paris, France where she is undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy breast cancer treatment, following two successful operations in her native Melbourne, Australia.

Minogue's sister Dannii is so impressed by Martinez's support during Kylie's illness, she recently announced, "I would love them to marry".

And the ring on Kylie's wedding finger has led many to believe she's followed her pop sibling's advice.

A source says, "It's not clear whether it's an engagement ring, but it's certainly a sign of his commitment and feelings."
