BURBANK, Calif. - August 16, 2005 - In a phone interview with
"Access Hollywood," Liz Rosenberg, publicist for superstar
Madonna, says the singer is "pretty banged up" from her recent
horseback riding accident. The story airs on "Access Hollywood,"
Tuesday, August 16, 2005 (check local listings for time and station).
"She is pretty banged up," Rosenberg told "Access
Hollywood" regarding Madonna's horseback riding accident, which
occurred at her country home outside London according to the Associated
Press. Rosenberg also told "Access Hollywood" the pop star's
husband, Guy Ritchie, remains by her side at the hospital, and that public
relations efforts for the pop star's upcoming dance album would "most
likely" be affected.
No word at this time on whether or not the accident will affect
Madonna's tour, slated to begin next summer.
