Who
is Going to Win Big Brother 6?
8/20/05

With
eight houseguests left it seems like a good time to take a look at who
might win Big Brother 6. Here is our take on who has the best chance
to take the $500,000 grand prize.
Top
pick - Rachel - Rachel has been able to maintain a relatively low
profile since her first week HoH win, especially being teamed up with the
over the top Howie. She is always there to give input and try to
head off stupid mistakes her team might make. She has done a great
job at not making the other team dislike her so she's not a prime
target. Even if she is nominated in the next few weeks, it would
probably be with Howie who is a much bigger target. She is a great
competitor, the smartest person left in the house and plays a better strategic
game than even Kaysar.
Close
second pick - Ivette - Despite being a hothead at times and having
a weird attachment to Eric, Ivette has been the real decision maker for
her team since Eric left all the while staying under the radar and letting
others take the heat. The
most brilliant move was helping to convince Jennifer to take out Kaysar
while taking virtually no responsibility for it. A second
brilliant move was getting James to swear to nominate Rachel and Howie
(on the Bible no less) and turning James' team against him instead of
anyone on her team. Amazingly James believes that she is his
closest ally left in the house. She is the only housemate left with
a real chance to win the million dollar prize by dragging Beau with her to
finals. Her only weak spot is that she has unnerved some in the
house by hanging out with James.
Third
pick - James - James is the wildcard choice to win the game.
He has no real allies except for perhaps Ivette who would stab him in the
back in a heartbeat. The two teams are so passionately against one another
he has a great chance to make the final three as they pick themselves off
one by one and then sneaking into the final two with an HoH win. His
remarkable advance to the final two would surely score him some votes with
the jury.
The
rest of the house has very little chance to win:
Maggie
- She has a huge target on her head because she seems to be the apparent
leader of the friendship alliance even though Ivette is pulling the
strings. She promised that her team would
get rid of James last week and we all know what happened instead.
Her ability to make any future deal with the other side to save herself is
over since she didn't follow though. The other side of the house is really pissed off at
her and that's not going to change. She will probably be
nominated every single time the other side wins HoH.
Howie
- Howie thinks he is in control of himself, but really is a hot
head. There is virtually no way will he be able to get the target
off himself after his rage last week. Eventually the other side will
win an HoH and evict him unless Ivette figures out that Rachel is her main
threat.
April
- She is a basket case at this point. She is way to easy to break
down and did not see the obvious consequences of her partner Jennifer
breaking her word after swearing on her life. She could
probably only beat Beau with the jury. No way they are the final
two.
Beau
- Beau is a classic case of riding the coattails of a team, but unable to
win competitions he probably can't make the finals. If by some
amazing stroke of luck he made it to the final two it would be a shock if
the jury would give him any votes. Whoever drug him in to the finals
would be the winner.
Janelle
- She is much smarter than people give her credit for but does not seem
too interested in winning the game. She keeping running her mouth
and making herself a target to be evicted week after week. A great competitor
she may even make it to the final two but has become so disliked by the
other side would have to be paired with Beau in the end
to get the most votes. Probably not going to happen.
