Twice-wed Britney Spears is still 'married' to a British TV presenter following a stunt three years ago.

The Toxic star agreed to marry Richard Bacon in a ceremony presided over by a Vicar during an interview in 2002 on now-defunct Channel 4 show The Big Breakfast - which could still be legally binding.

Spears, who married childhood friend Jason Alexander in Vegas last year

(JAN05) only for it to be annulled 55 hours later, is now wed to dancer Kevin Federline and is expecting her first child.

Bacon explains, "In an interview for The Big Breakfast, I proposed and she said 'yes'. A vicar then pronounced us married, with a certificate.

"Although her security guy ripped it up, I may still be legally married to her."
