Jessica Alba: "Musclemen Look Ridiculous"  8/30/05

Fantastic Four star Jessica Alba shuns men who devote their lives to the gym - because she believes the look "ridiculous".

The sexy actress admits that men who spend much of their time sculpting their bodies are often "lacking upstairs".

She says, "There's no much thing as an ideal body; that's just silliness. It just has to be a body I want.

"I've never been into guys who work out three hours a day. It looks ridiculous, and they're usually lacking upstairs."
