Paris Hilton Bought Her Own Engagement Ring  8/2/06

Paris Hilton kept the 24 carat $5 million diamond engagement ring former fiancé Paris Latsis gave her - after buying it from him when they split.

The Greek shipping heir let Hilton choose the gem, so she couldn't bear to be parted from it when their nine month relationship ended last year (05).
