Eva Longoria Dreams of Adoption By Michael Douglas & Catherine Zeta Jones  8/9/06

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria wants to be adopted by her The Sentinel co-star Michael Douglas and his wife Catherine Zeta Jones, because she envies their jet-set life.

The actress models her own career on Zeta-Jones', and is determined to become the type of celebrity wife and mother the Oscar winner has become.

She says, "I want to live with Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones and the babies.. They're such a fun, close-knit family. I could just say, 'Hey, guys, where are we going today?

"I absolutely want to become a va-va voom movie star like Catherine and still go home at night to put my kids to bed.

"I won't do a movie if it means cancelling a vacation with (boyfriend) Tony (Parker) or my family. I would much rather get married and have babies than have the best career in the world."
