Courtney Cox is thrilled she has such a solid friendship with Jennifer Aniston because she is one of the few people she confides in when she has a problem.

The Scream star recently revealed that she has begun seeing a therapist again and also sought couple's counseling when her marriage to David Arquette hit a rough patch.

Cox claims she is a "great caretaker", but admits she often neglects caring for herself.

She tells American publication People when she hits troubled times Aniston is at the top of her contact list saying, "There are a few people that I would go to, but I would say my mom and Jennifer."
