Sara Evans Joins Dancing With the Stars  8/17/06

Country singer Sara Evans has added her name to the list of celebrity ballroom dancers who will compete for first prize in the third series of hit US reality TV contest Dancing With the Stars.

The Born to Fly singer will team up with professional dancer Tony Dovolani on the show, where she'll compete against stars like US actor Harry Hamlin, talk show host Jerry Springer and retired American football superstar Emmitt Smith.

She says, "I love to dance and I'm always up for a challenge, and this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity."
