Renee
Zellweger "Becomes English"
8/17/06
Renee Zellweger has slipped so comfortably into an English accent for
her latest movie role, she's speaking it 24/7.
The actress, who perfected the accent for her role in the two Bridget
Jones Diary films, plays celebrated children's author Beatrice Potter in
Miss Potter, which is currently in production.
And Zellweger is so determined to embrace the English way of life for
the sake of the part, she is even stepping up her tea intake.
Movie publicist Susan D'arcy says, "She never slips out of her
English accent even when we stop filming. She also loves English tea.
Every time I see her she is putting a tea bag in her mug."
