Kevin Federline and Britney Spears Had Rocky Start  8/17/06

Aspiring rapper Kevin Federline insists his relationship with wife Britney Spears got off to a shaky start, because the pop star would play mind games to see how far she could push him.

The former back-up dancer claims he stuck it out to prove to his future wife that he was interested in her and not her fame.

He tells US GQ magazine, "She was playing games, testing me to see where my head is at, see if she could get away with this or that."

Federline and Spears are expecting their second child together and he claims he can't wait to release the musical collaboration the couple have already recorded.

He adds, "After she has the baby and gets skinny, we're gonna hit 'em with this s**t!"
