Colin Farrell: "Hire Me to Voice a Cartoon"  8/28/06

Hollywood actor Colin Farrell has set his sights on making more family-friendly films, and desperately wants to voice an animated character.

The former hell raiser, who left rehab in January (06), feels he has beaten his demons and, inspired by his three-year-old son James, insists the time is right for some children's entertainment if only somebody would take an interest in him.

The Irish-born Miami Vice star says, "I'd really like to do an animated film next but no one is calling me to do one."
