Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio is reportedly buying a swish Las Vegas apartment.

The Departed star is set to sign final papers on a double unit in the Panorama Towers block in Nevada's Sin City.

A fellow tenant says, "Just knowing Leo's in the 'hood should help get us a better resale rate."
