Supermodel Heidi Klum snubs a strict diet and exercise regime, crediting motherhood with her slim physique instead.

The German beauty - who is mother to Helene ('Leni'), three, Henry, two, and one-year-old Johan - has just showed off her svelte figure in adverts for clothing label Jordache, her first modeling assignment since giving birth last year (06).

And Klum says her hyper-active children keep her in better shape than ever.

She says, "I have three children. That keeps you busy all the time. I work and we do a lot of things that are active. We work in the garden. We jump on the trampoline.

"I just started playing tennis with my husband. We climb in the tree house with the children. We go to the park and feed the ducks. We are always mobile."
