KISS rocker Gene Simmons and his longtime partner Shannon Tweed have turned photographers for Playboy's website.

The couple has signed on to become Playboy's latest celebrity guest photographers - as part of a challenge on reality TV series Gene Simmons Family Jewels.

Simmons and Tweed, a former Playboy Playmate, photographed Miss April 2001 Katie Lohman as part of a session on Friday (17Aug07), Publisher Hugh Hefner will decide who took the best shots of the pin-up.

If Tweed wins, Simmons will be forced to attend his sister-in-law's upcoming Las Vegas wedding.

Past celebrity photographers have included William Shatner, Carmen Electra and rappers Nelly and Flavor Flav.
