Big Brother 8: Jen's Shock Penalty Nomination Turns Tables on Jameka 8/21/07

Will Jen survive to argue with Dick another week?  Find out on the live 24 hour feeds!  - 14 day free trail

Early Tuesday morning Jen Johnson who had been replaced in the previous day's veto ceremony appeared to be headed toward the door on Thursday's eviction vote.  After a very contentious altercation with Dick Jen destroyed his cigarettes.  Big Brother replaced the cigarettes that she destroyed and even provided him more causing him to taunt her mercilessly and then he stole her clothes and locked them in the HoH room.

Jen claimed that she was told in advance of coming on the show that she was allowed to destroy cigarettes and became very enraged at her perceived unfairness of how Big Brother was treating her versus Dick.

She proceed to violate her slop restriction and began eating whatever food she could find in the house.

She has apparently received a penalty nomination for the offense, a first in Big Brother history.  If she survives this weeks vote the penalty nomination automatically puts her on the block next week and she may not compete in a PoV competition.  It is not clear at this time if she would be on the block against one or two additional housemates.

While Amber and Danielle are out of the house for the evening the others are discussing the possibility of using this to their advantage by voting out Jameka this week and then Jen next week as she would have no possibility of saving herself.  They have also discussed all throwing the next HoH and letting Amber win.  Then they could vote out Jen next week and Amber would not be able to play for HoH the following week when they would vote her out.  This would leave Dick, Daniele, Eric, Jessica and Zach as the final five virtually guaranteed as per last week's plan.

BIG BROTHER 8 is broadcast each week on Sundays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT), Tuesdays (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) and the live eviction show, hosted by Julie Chen, on Thursdays (8:00-9:00 PM live ET/delayed PT).
