Carrie Underwood Blames Fame For Barren Love Life 8/12/08

Country star Carrie Underwood has been single for four months - and blames fame for hindering her love life. The singer, who ended her romance with Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford in April (08), admits she hasn't been able to find a boyfriend since.

And Underwood is convinced her celebrity status is keeping her single. She tells Allure magazine, "You never really know why somebody wants to be around you or if they do genuinely like you.

"I wish everyone had a label on their forehead so you could automatically tell their intentions. Sometimes you just wish that no one wanted anything from you."
