Kate Moss Scared of Coming Back to England  12/2/05

Kate Moss is "scared" to return to her native England because she fears prosecution over her alleged drug abuse, according to her ex-boyfriend Pete Doherty.

Moss recently spent 30 days at an Arizona rehabilitation clinic after photographs purporting to show her snorting cocaine in a London recording studio were published in a British newspaper in September (05).

Police immediately launched an investigation into Moss' alleged drug use, and Doherty says the supermodel fears they may file criminal charges against her upon her return to Britain.

Doherty, who was dumped by Moss earlier this week (begs28NOV05), says, "Kate can't come back to England because of her situation with the police. She's too scared to come back.

"We had a secret rendez-vous in Paris. She slipped away from her people. They don't want me near her."
