Live 8 Bosses Upset by Anna Nicole Smith Appearance 12/3/05

Bosses for the Live 8 charity are suing diet supplement company TrimSpa for cheapening their July (05) concerts by parading an allegedly drunk spokes model Anna Nicole Smith out at the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania show.

Offended charity chiefs claim the former plus-size model and actress was intoxicated and "scantily clad" when she appeared at the Live 8 concert.

In legal papers filed in Los Angeles, Live 8 bosses reveal they made a deal to have Anna Nicole Smith show up at the Philadelphia concert but found her "unbecoming" and "erratic behavior" too much.

The suit also alleges that TrimSpa bosses have yet to pay the charity $320,000 - a promotional fee they agreed to pay for Smith's appearance at Live 8.
