Brittany Murphy Punches Plastic Man for Exercise  12/7/05

Hollywood beauty Brittany Murphy takes out all her aggression on a rubber 'bob doll' which she punches as part of her regular exercise routine.

The Don't Say a Word star has become reliant on her faceless plastic man to relieve the stress which builds up during her busy schedules.

She says, "I get bored with the gym - my personality calls for something more stimulating like yoga or running.

"I also box. In my gym at home in Los Angeles I have a 'Bob doll': a mock-up faceless man to punch.

"It's a good way to let out aggression. I probably don't use it enough!"
