Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner Wait to Buy New Family Home  12/12/05

The birth of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's daughter Violet on 1 December (05) has delayed the couple's plans to buy a new house together.

The Daredevil co-stars, both 33, exchanged vows in June (05) and had planned to buy a property where they would raise their new family, but with the arrival of their bundle of joy, they put it all on hold.

Affleck moved into Garner's Brentwood, California, home and struck a deal to sell his old five-bedroom home in the same area - which he'd purchased from Melissa Etheridge in January (05) - for $5 million (#2.7 million).
