Actress Jennifer Aniston plans to become a mother "within the next year".

The former Friends beauty is dating her The Break Up co-star Vince Vaughn after divorcing Hollywood heart-throb Brad Pitt in October (05). And while Pitt is the process of adopting girlfriend Angelina Jolie's children Maddox and Zahara Marley, Aniston declares she wants an offspring of her own.

She says, "I hope to be on the road to having a family in the next year. I've said this before and I desperately don't want to repeat myself, but I just like being in a partnership."
