Victoria Beckham Turns Down Simon Cowell Talent Show  12/27/05

Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham has declined an offer from Simon Cowell to appear as a judge on his new British reality TV show.

Cowell, the man behind American Idol and The X Factor, had hoped to persuade Beckham to appear on new UK talent show Celebrity Pop Idol.

A spokesperson for Beckham tells British newspaper The Sun, "She has told Simon plenty of times she's not interested."
